Travel: Frankfurt, Germany

SOMETHINGLIKEANEDIT: Okay, so Squarespace has some serious editor issues and constantly loses my entire post. Third time lucky now, and I can't be bothered to retype entire blocks of text, so here is Frankfurt in 30 words:

Frankfurt. Start of journey. One night. Modern architecture, pretty buildings. Like Berlin, but compact. Airport forking terrible. Pretty buildings. Shady train station - danger danger. Much rain. Next stop: Munich.

Sydney: The Old Clare Hotel

You know there are some places that you stay in and go, "Wow, I need to tell EER'BODY ABOOT HOW AMAHZING THIS IS"? Enter The Old Clare Hotel, which is this one such place.

I cannot, cannot recommend more a stay at The Old Clare Hotel in Sydney. Situated south of the CBD, and really a quick walk away from all the amazing restaurants of Chinatown, The Old Clare is an architectural masterpiece of a boutique hotel, and the industrial chic details of the rooms are just... perfectly #instagrammable.

One tip is to opt for at least the Clare Room, which IMHO is the best room of the lot. We lucked out and also scored the iconic variant of the nine rooms in that configuration - basically the one in all the promotion material.

Turn your favourite map into an amazing print

Only discovered Mapify very recently, but how pretty are these:

The process to create your own map print is as simple as navigating around (Google Maps?) and zooming to the elevation you want, then selecting the your desired overlay (read: colour and detail). Then insert some nice preformatted text and WOW IT'S THAT EASY.

Get your's here: www.mapify.cc

I'm thinking of getting one but I can't quite decide if I want Melbourne, or another city on the print.
